The PBS 360 Survey is designed to gather information about job performance from a variety of perspectives including self, supervisory, peer/colleague, and direct report.  Comparing feedback from all perspectives and vantagepoints increases both the reliability and the accuracy of the information obtained.  In addition, we have found that multi-rater feedback effectively identifies performance strengths and weaknesses because a variety of situations, tasks, and interactions are considered and represented.

The PBS 360 Survey is customized to your job(s), corporate values, and/or performance standards by selecting the relevant competencies from our bank of over 35.  Each competency has been defined in terms of observable and specific best practices, which are the focus of the rating and evaluation.  As a result, the feedback reports are relevant, specific, and focused to your job requirements and work context.
