The Workplace Perspectives Survey was developed as a measure of employee satisfaction. The Survey has been designed to focus on actionable/practical items that local managers can influence and change and includes only items that have proven to be predictive of employee satisfaction and turnover. As a result, the feedback report helps managers to identify specific interventions that can be used to improve employee morale, retention, and commitment.
The Workplace Perspectives Survey is available in a short and standardized format or in a longer, customized version. The standard Survey, the "Fast-15," includes only the 15 most predictive and powerful items, and can be administered in just a few minutes time.
Or, the Workplace Perspectives Survey can be tailored just for you. You can add items to the Fast 15, replace standard items with items from our item bank, or we can write items to reflect the workplace characteristics of most interest to you.
Feedback reports generally include results by individual item as well as by four primary drivers of satisfaction identified and defined by PBS and based on the responses of over 20,000 employees over a five-year period. Benchmarks vary by company and can include industry, corporate, or regional averages.
