We have created a number of assessment tools that enhance clients’ workforce quality:
· Ability/Aptitude Tests—We develop tests to effectively measure the skills and abilities associated with superior performance. Through the use of job-related tests, our clients identify the applicants most likely to succeed—objectively, consistently, and cost-effectively.
· Work Orientation/Attitude Assessments—Our staff are experts in developing and implementing various kinds of attitude assessments, including measures of integrity, customer service, safety orientation, and managerial readiness. The resulting assessment identifies the best candidates for those work environments in which personal work style and habits are at least as important as technical skills.
· Employee Evaluations and Performance Appraisals—We are as skilled in measuring the on-the-job performance of incumbents as we are in predicting it for applicants. We have developed job-related performance appraisal systems and protocols, (including 360°or multi rater appraisals) for use across a variety of settings, situations, and job levels. These tools help decision-makers to identify and develop potential in all employees as well as to reward and retain top performers.
