Susan W. Stang, Ph.D., President and CEO of PBS, oversees and directs all professional activities. Susan is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she received both her M.A. and her Ph.D. in industrial psychology. Prior to forming PBS, Susan served as both Corporate Vice President, and Director of Consulting during her longstanding association with Psychological Services, Inc. (PSI).
Susan has more than 25 years of experience in competency modelling, job analysis, test development and validation, satisfaction surveys, performance evaluation, EEO compliance, and litigation support. More recently, Susan has expanded services to
Susan is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), Division 5 (Evaluation and Measurement) of APA, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition, Susan served as a reviewer for the Journal of Applied Psychology and the SIOP annual convention.
Susan is also a frequent guest speaker. Her engagements include professional presentations and conferences sponsored by various national trade associations, APA, and SIOP, as well as several client-sponsored management retreats.
