LeadAbility measures important competencies in a work-related context – specifically, the kinds of situations typically encountered by supervisors, and/or managers. It predicts behavioral effectiveness and best work practices. The items reference the managerial role and/or the work environment – they are non-offensive and non-intrusive. Candidates leave the testing session feeling confident that they were given a fair opportunity to demonstrate their qualifications for the job.
