PBS job analysis methods and the resulting job profiles and competency models provide a benchmark for success. Our competency models define the characteristics that differentiate between employees who are and are not successful – the characteristics necessary for the job and valued by the organization. The job profiles and competency models help to ensure alignment of goals and strategic initiatives at all levels of the organization and serve as foundation and support for selection and development programs.
